You can use left mouse button to click up to 3 tile to acquire them.

Use WASD to navigate

Use right mouse button to rotate 

Use mouse wheel to zoom 

Use R to restart

Game

The game ended being way more abstract than I first thought, and with very boring gameplay.

 I was developing it alone and had less time than I first thought, so I could not implement everything I wanted. 

That's the same reason I don't have a design document.

It was supposed to be a game of influence (militar, religious, political... something like that) where you could perform some actions to spread your influence, but I could only do that.
